Weddings
Pontyates Welfare Hall can be hired for wedding receptions.The main hall is ideal for seating guests around tables and dancing/entertainment. We have large circular and oblong tables together with comfortable cushioned chairs. The sound system provides an excellent facility for those all-important speeches and music later in the evening. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and electric oven. The Community Garden adjacent to the Hall provides a beautiful setting for sitting and relaxing.
At the last wedding in the Hall outside caterers were employed to provide a bar, a three course meal together with buffet in the evening.
A marquee was also erected on the grassy area to the rear of the Hall.
