Fun and Easy Keep Fit Exercise Class (1.30pm every Wednesday). This is a 45 minute low impact class suitable for all. It will improve your health and fitness.
A mixture of aerobic, strength, flexibility and balance exercises that can be adapted to suit you. A fun class.
Keep moving so you don’t lose the ability to do daily activities. £6 per session. Booking advisable.
