Cor Merched Glannau’r Gwendraeth Ladies Choir
The Choir meets every Tuesday evening in the Hall from 7.00pm to 9.00pm to rehearse for performances in a range of different venues – Concert Halls, Chapels, in OAP meetings etc. We have sung at a wedding.
Our itinerary includes a mixture of modern, traditional, folk and country songs as well as religious songs and hymns. We sing in English and Welsh.
We try and support various organisations and charities in the community and beyond. We have travelled throughout Wales and have performed a number of times in Spain and Cornwall.
Socializing, friendship and support are just as important as the music is to us.
