Yoga for You by Rhian

Tuesdays 5.45-6.45pm

A weekly yoga class welcoming everyone.  Suitable for beginners, those needing a gentle class, people who think yoga isn’t for them.  Don’t wait until you are more flexible/fitter/have lost weight, come as you are!

I encourage you to listen to your body and choose the variation of a pose that best suits you.

We move for around 50 minutes and then spend time in relaxation to end our hour together.
