Book Club
The Book Club meetings are held on the 1st Thursday of the month at the Welfare Hall at 1.30 to 3.30pm
The subscription is £2.50 each and that pays for the hire of the hall and teas and coffees.
It is a monthly meeting to review pre-selected books by members.
We do have a Facebook page, PONTYATES BOOK CLUB and also a What’s App group for communication purposes. We have 15 members and although we are a book club, we chat and discuss other topics too.
We are all friendly. If people have mobility issues, one of us will provide a lift as long as it’s local.
